When to reset:

  • LED has been flashing blue and isn't settling in green without settling in solid green
  • LED has been flashing green & aqua for a long time (more than a minute) after connecting it to WiFi
  • LED has been flashing green for more than a minute without settling in solid green

What does a soft reset do?

A soft reset is a powerful way of restarting your device in full. It's the first step in remedying any potential errors or issues that may crop up.

How-to Reset your HAVEN Controller

Note: if your Controller is already fixed in position, you'll likely find the reset button located above the HAVEN logo.

1. Insert a pin into the small hole at the side of the Central Air Controller and push it down once.

2. Your HAVEN device should come back online and return to its normal, connected state.


If soft resetting your device has not resolved the issue you are facing, we recommend a hard reset.
