If your HAVEN device is displaying that it is inactive or the LED is flashing blue, a soft reset is a powerful way of restarting your device in full. It's the first step in remedying any potential errors or issues that may crop up.

Please note: Always try a soft reset before a hard reset.

 

How-to

1. Insert a pin into the small hole to the left of the antenna and push down once.

 

 

2. Your HAVEN device should come back online and return to its normal, connected state.

 

If soft resetting your device has not resolved the issue you are facing, we recommend a hard reset.
