Step 1: Homeowners/your customers will need to make sure that they have completed the account association steps so that any Ecosense devices become available in the HAVEN ecosystem. This also ensure that if you are setting up Ventilation automations (coming soon) based on radon data from EcoQubes, that you are able to select the appropriate monitor in the HAVEN IAQ app installation process.

Step 2: When you click into a customer profile in the Pro Portal, you can select the EcoQube from the Chart axis dropdown lists to view historical data from when the accounts were associated, onwards.

You can also view the “Current Status” panel on the left to view the most up to date readings.

If you want to include the EcoQube readings in PDF reports, a new page will be created for every EcoQube in the zone.
